I made a scrap guitar called a Diddley Bow. Not unlike the one Jack White makes at the beginning of "It Might Get Loud" except mine was nothing like his.



I started out with this, a plank of 2x4, a small block, a glass bottle (mexican coke) a string (bass G) a pickup, (left over tele single coil) an output jack, some random nails, an eye hook (for the string) wire cutters and a knife.

'Tis the Season

For the month of November I didn't shave. Not that I'm good about doing it anyway but it makes it special when men all around the country are united in some unshaven brotherhood like an effin Dockers commercial.

This is where I'm at. Have I already apologized for the tacky basement imagery? If not, I meant to. (but still won't come out and say it) I have the 2 tone frame almost completely painted. And I included a picture of the Weinmann Deep Vs in lime green. I thought I had a better picture. (Once again not feeling SO sorry) I need a new crank. I'd like a better quality one. Preferably not a one piece and not to mention or post a picture of later one that is completely rust free. I'm tryin to let the paint dry and set before I start putting everything back together. Also, it's not exactly bike riding weather in the middle of Summer. So no rush.
